Harvey & Company initiated the platform investment into Myers Emergency Power Systems (Myers EPS) in July 2018 and the subsequent add-on acquisition of Low Voltage Systems (LVS) in October 2019. Myers has a leading position in the emergency lighting inverter segment, the addition of LVS expands Myers EPS’ product offering to include both emergency backup power solutions and the lighting controls for these solutions.
