Subsequent to the recapitalization of SWS, Harvey & Company initiated and participated in the merger of Texas-based Eagle Construction and Environmental Services (Eagle) to form a leading, super-regional environmental services firm with twenty-seven strategically located service centers spanning nine states. Together, Eagle and SWS are uniquely positioned to provide customers with a comprehensive set of environmental services across the Southern and Midwestern United States.
Eagle adds 11 offices in Texas, Ohio, Louisiana, Illinois and Tennessee. Eagle’s service capabilities include emergency response, environmental remediation, large facility/plant salvage and demolition, radioactive materials removal, health & safety training, hazardous and non hazardous waste management, and environmental consulting. Harvey & Company partnered with a Midwest private equity fund to structure an investment allowing Eagle’s ownership group partial liquidity, a significant ongoing ownership stake, and operating control of the business going forward.
