Harvey & Company Initiates Multiple Transactions With Its 50th Private Equity Fund Client

Harvey & Company is pleased to announce that it successfully initiated the acquisition of Low-Rise Elevator by 3Phase Elevator, a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital. As a result of the acquisition, Harvey & Company has now closed two or more transactions with 50 different private equity funds. The transaction also represents the firm’s third closed deal of the week despite challenging market conditions.

As a firm, Harvey & Company has now initiated 395 buy-side acquisitions.
