In August 2015, Harvey CEO successfully recruited an experienced technology manufacturing executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc., a private equity-backed supplier of mission critical electronic enclosures and components.
Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, based in Wenatchee, WA, is a leading supplier of mission critical, hermetic (airtight) electronic enclosures and components capable of performing in extreme environments. The Company serves a diverse OEM customer base across a variety of end markets, including aerospace, defense and space, medical and energy.
This executive has over 25 years of niche manufacturing experience. Previously, he served as President of a supplier of measurement and control solutions for manufacturing and process industries. During his tenure, revenue of the business grew from $17 million in to $70 million while EBITDA margins increased from <10% to 18%.
