Harvey & Company initiated a recapitalization of Ontario Drive & Gear, the world's leading manufacturer of amphibious all terrain vehicles. Prior to the investment, the CEO/owner had a substantial portion of his net worth tied up in the company. The deal enabled him to gain liquidity while while continuting to run the company as a significant shareholder. As part of the transaction, an option pool was created to incentivise the other senior executives.
