Harvey & Company initiated and participated in the acquisition of Denver-based Condit Exhibits, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of portable and custom tradeshow displays and exhibits. Condit designs and fabricates a multitude of three-dimensional marketing environments ranging from small display exhibits to multi-piece interpretive designs. Harvey & Company partnered with the incoming management team, led by a highly experienced operating executive, and a Southeastern-based private equity firm.
