The Will-Burt Company Acquires Integrated Tower Systems

Orrville, OH – The Will-Burt Company, the world’s premier manufacturer of telescoping masts for the elevation of surveillance sensor platforms and communications antennas, has acquired Integrated Tower Systems. Integrated Tower Systems specializes in the sale and rental of rapid deployment portable, telescoping tower systems, Communication-Sites-on-Wheels and Tower-Integrated Mobile Command and Communication Centers. The Company provides an innovative and extensive line of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) as well as customized and Military-Spec portable tower solutions.
“Integrated Tower Systems is the leading manufacturer of portable telescoping tower systems,” said Jeff Evans, Will-Burt’s President, CEO and Chairman. “The addition of Integrated Tower Systems will expand Will-Burt’s product offering to the markets we serve. Together, we will be able to offer our customers the capability to elevate their mobile surveillance, communications, lighting or other systems and meet their requirements for height, stability and survivability.”
Commencing its operation in 1999, Integrated Tower Systems is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Integrated Tower Systems will continue production and operations in Tulsa, with its product line being integrated into Will-Burt’s Mast division.

The Will-Burt Company will also bring Integrated Tower System’s portable telescoping tower rental inventory to its Orrville location to serve Eastern North America markets. The Tulsa location will continue to offer rental services to Western and Central North America markets.
