Harvey & Company Initiates Platform Acquisition of GPSTrackit and Add-On of TSO Mobile; Harvey’s Sixth and Seventh Software Acquisitions

 
Harvey & Company initiated the new platform investment in GPSTrackit by a Mid-Atlantic-based private equity fund in 2017. Based in Temecula, CA, GPSTrackit is a leading provider of SaaS based asset-tracking and fleet management solutions across North America.  GPSTrackit was a proprietary opportunity sourced through Harvey’s proactive acquisition search efforts in the Internet of Things (IoT) market.

In January of 2018, Harvey & Company also initiated GPSTrackit’s first add-on acquisition, TSO Mobile, a Miami, FL-based developer of asset tracking and fleet management solutions. The acquisition of TSO Mobile expands GPSTrackit’s reach into Latin and South America, provides an attractive fleet tracking capability in the municipal bus market and offers a high growth solution in Electronic Logging Devices.

These latest transactions mark Harvey & Company’s sixth and seventh acquisitions within the software sector.
