Harvey & Company is pleased to announce that it has now initiated buy-side transactions with 100 individual private equity clients. Harvey & Company initiated the acquisition by advising a private equity backed filter manufacturer in its acquiring of another southeastern filtration manufacturer. Consistent with our long-standing policy, Harvey only discloses closed transactions by name after the lead PE sponsor does so, which the fund has elected not to do at this time. This is Harvey’s 1st filtration transaction and its 14th acquisition of 2019.
