Harvey & Company Initiates 20th Buyside Transaction within Safety Products & Services; Acquisition of Eagle Manufacturing is Harvey’s Eighth Add-On with Justrite Safety Group

The acquisition of Eagle Manufacturing Company by Justrite Safety Group represents the eighth buyside transaction Harvey & Company has initiated for Justrite.  Eagle brings a broad line of OSHA certified safety cabinets, safety cans, spill containment, and material handling product lines to Justrite’s current offering.  Previously, Harvey & Company initiated Justrite’s acquisition of C.I. Agent, adding a complementary line of sorbent and secondary spill containment products within the electrical utility market.

Harvey & Company has also initiated 6 acquisitions with Checkers Safety Group, which was merged with Justrite in early 2018.  These transactions enabled Checkers to expand its cable protection products, add industrial matting and ground protection systems, establish a European brand, open European distribution channels, and expand the Checkers geographic presence within North America.
